LICENSE AGREEMENT Last Updated: July 6, 2026 1. GRANT OF LICENSE Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Falcyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Falcyn service for your internal business purposes. 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS You may not: - Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the service - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service - Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the service - Use the service for any commercial purpose not authorized by us - License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or distribute the service - Use the service in any manner that could damage our reputation 3. OWNERSHIP Falcyn and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the service, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights. 4. USER CONTENT You retain all rights to the content you submit to the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. 5. FEEDBACK If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions about the service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you. 6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 7. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falcyn from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of this Agreement. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL FALCYN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. 9. TERM AND TERMINATION This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service. 10. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update or modify the service at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified service. 11. EXPORT COMPLIANCE You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations in your use of the service. 12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Falcyn regarding the service and supersedes all prior agreements. 13.
