PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You may not use Falcyn to: 2.1 Legal Violations - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices 2.2 Security Violations - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code - Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers - Bypass security or authentication measures 2.3 Abuse and Harassment - Harass, threaten, or intimidate others - Distribute spam or unsolicited communications - Impersonate any person or entity 2.4 Inappropriate Content - Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content - Share confidential information without authorization - Distribute content that violates others' privacy rights 2.5 Service Misuse - Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose - Resell or redistribute access to the service - Use automated systems to access the service excessively - Circumvent usage limits or restrictions 3. RESOURCE USAGE You agree to use the service in a manner that does not: - Excessively consume system resources - Negatively impact other users' experience - Place unreasonable load on our infrastructure 5. NO MONITORING OBLIGATION While we reserve the right to monitor use of the service, we have no obligation to do so and cannot guarantee that violations will be detected or prevented. 9.
